  • Airpods should be first placed in the wireless case and then close the case.
  • After waiting for 30 seconds, open the wireless case but don’t take the AirPods out of the case.
  • Now pick up your iPhone and go to settings to select Bluetooth.
  • Look for your AirPods name under “Devices” and press the ‘I’ icon visible next to your AirPods name.
  • Select forget this device and press forget device to confirm.
  • Go back to your wireless case but don’t take AirPods out of it. Now look for the button placed at the back of your wireless case and just press the button and keep holding it.
  • Wait for a yellow light to blink at the front of the wireless case and after seeing the light, let go of the button.

After going through the above steps, Airpods will now be disconnected from all the devices they were paired with. Now when you use them then you have to go through the setup wizard again to connect your AirPods. The white light will be flashed which will tell you that establishment of one or more connections can now be attempted.
